GodHand Nippers
Tamiya Tweezers
Tamiya Plastic Scriber
Pen Vise
Gundam Marker Set

There is more, but i am unable to think what it is at the moment.

Obviously not all of this is required to get started, but they do help. I am on my second pair of Nippers. The first set i have broke on me in the middle of a model. They were super cheap. The God hand are way better, and i am able to get excellent results with them.
